The one sentence everyone in your business should be able to say the same way.
A documented positioning, voice, and message system that every future page, writer, or hire can work from.
from $2,200
Who this is for
This isn't for you if
- You already have a documented voice guide that’s working — you need execution, not a new system. See any of the other six pages.
- You want a full rebrand — new name, new visual identity. We work in words, not logos or colour palettes.
- You need this by tomorrow — a real message system takes structured input, not a same-day turnaround.
Is this right for you
- Three different people (or three different freelancers) have written your site, your deck, and your emails, and none of it sounds related.
- No one internally can say, in one sentence, what makes the business genuinely different.
- You're about to hire, brief an agency, or write at volume, and want everyone working from the same page — literally.
How it works
- 01 Brief + audit you send everything currently written; we read where the voice is inconsistent.
- 02 Positioning the one differentiating sentence, tested against your real competitors.
- 03 Voice draft the lexicon, the tone rules, the do/don’t list.
- 04 Revise your notes, in, until the system holds up against your own copy.
What's included
- 01 A positioning statement your team can actually repeat, not a paragraph that gets paraphrased differently every time.
- 02 A documented voice: what the brand sounds like, and — as importantly — what it doesn't.
- 03 A working lexicon: words to use, words to avoid, with examples.
- 04 Messaging pillars mapped to your actual audience's real objections.
- 05 Two revision rounds.

Frequently asked questions
No — we work entirely in words: positioning, voice, and message. Visual identity (logo, colour, type) is a separate discipline.
Not required, but recommended if your messaging is currently inconsistent — most website rewrites move faster and land better once the voice is already decided.
A working reference document: tone principles, a lexicon of words to use and avoid, and worked before/after examples across formats.
Ideally more than one voice on your side reviews the intake; messaging inconsistency is often invisible to the person closest to the business.
One system. Every future page starts from it.
