Yes. Every package has a stated price and scope — add it to cart, fill in the brief at checkout, and the clock starts. A call is available if you want one, never required.

"From" reflects the lowest-scoped version of that package. If your project matches the stated scope (page count, article count, variant count), the price on the page is the price you pay. Larger scope is quoted before you’re charged anything extra.

One-time packages are paid in full at order. Retainers are billed monthly. We don’t currently split one-time packages into installments.

Checkout runs through our payment step; accepted methods are shown at the time you check out.

Not as a standing policy — each service is priced on its own scope. If you’re bundling several at once, ask; we’ll tell you honestly if there’s room.

Turnaround is stated on every package before you buy — from 5 business days (a single article, a landing page, an ad set) to 20 (a full site). See Process for the five stages behind that number.

A completed structured brief at checkout, covering your offer, audience, and goal. The more specific it is, the less back-and-forth the draft needs.

Yes — every package includes at least one full draft plus revision rounds before delivery. You’re never handed a finished file with no chance to react.

Yes — send it at brief. If you don’t have one, Brand Messaging & Voice builds one first.

Ask — rush delivery is sometimes available for an additional fee, subject to current capacity. We’ll say no plainly if it’s not realistic rather than overpromise.

Stated per package — most include two rounds, some include one or three depending on scope. It’s on the package card before you buy, not a surprise after.

A revision addresses the brief you gave us — tone, specific lines, structure within the agreed scope. A change to the offer, the audience, or the page count is a new brief, and we’ll say so before doing the extra work.

Extra rounds are billed per round — see Pricing for the current rate. We’ll always tell you the cost before starting extra work, never bill it silently.

Words only. Copy is delivered formatted and ready to hand to your designer, developer, or CMS — we don’t build or design pages.

Full refund if you cancel before research begins. A pro-rated kill fee applies once work is underway. No refund once a final draft has been delivered and approved. Full terms: Refund Policy.

Yes, with 30 days’ written notice — billed for the current month, no partial-month refund, no cancellation fee.

Full rights transfer to you on final payment. Before that, drafts remain the studio’s work.
