Five stages. No mystery.
Every project runs the same five stages, in the same order, with a stated turnaround at each one.
The five stages
- 01
Brief
You complete a structured intake — the offer, the audience, the goal, any existing brand material.
1 business day, from a complete intake to a confirmed scope.
Delivered: A written scope confirmation — what's covered, what isn't, and the turnaround window for your package.
- 02
Research
We read what you sent, study the audience and the competition, and build an outline or structural map.
1–3 business days, depending on package.
Delivered: A structure or outline for your sign-off before a full sentence gets written.
- 03
Draft
The full first draft gets written against the agreed structure.
The bulk of the stated package turnaround.
Delivered: A complete first draft, delivered by the date confirmed at brief.
- 04
Revise
You send notes; we apply them within the included revision rounds for your package.
2–3 business days per round.
Delivered: A revised draft addressing your notes, round by round.
- 05
Deliver
Final copy is formatted and handed off, ready to paste into your page, CMS, or ad manager.
1 business day after final approval.
Delivered: Final copy files, plus a short handoff note — anything worth knowing before it goes live.
What's included at every stage, regardless of package
- 01 A single point of contact — the person writing your copy is the person you talk to.
- 02 A written scope before drafting starts, so there's no ambiguity about what's covered.
- 03 At least one revision round on every package, more on larger ones.
- 04 A stated turnaround window, confirmed before you pay, not after.
Process questions
Tell us — we’ll hold your files and pick back up when you’re ready. Turnaround commitments reset from when work resumes, not from the original start date.
That’s what the revision rounds are for. Tell us specifically what’s not working; we revise it within the included rounds.
It varies by package — stated on every service page and package card before you buy, never a vague "reasonable amount."
No — it’s short (1–3 business days) but it’s what keeps the draft from missing your actual audience or offer. Skipping it produces worse copy, not faster copy.
